As we approach the end of another fiscal year, we have seen projects that were dormant through the Winter spring to life. The Blue Springs School District's Central Office addition was turned over when the Owner wanted. Work will commence on the renovation of the existing Central Office shortly. We have added the Harrisonville Cass R-IX Schools to our Construction Management portfolio. Budgeting and Design are in progress, with a projected September 15, 2007 construction start. While on the subject of schools, we are in the middle of building a private early childhood education center for The Goddard School.

Wal*Mart has provided new Super Centers in Glenpoole (Tulsa), Oklahoma and Springfield, Missouri. Jeff Bartolotta and Steve Conner will be the driving forces on those projects. Other potential retail projects are a mixed-use retail and condo project in Kansas City, Missouri; a Retail center, Meeting center and parking garage in Central Kansas; A new 200,000 square foot retail center in Oklahoma; a new Lowe's and Office Depot in Kansas City, Missouri; a major retail and special use project in Independence; a Lowe's and K-Mart project in Overland Park; and a new retail center in rural Missouri.

Other current projects under construction include a medical building in Independence; a retail center and Price Chopper in Raymore; a restaurant and club in Shawnee; and the face-lift to the Shannon Valley shopping Center in Overland Park.

We are looking forward to adding another school district to our roster, as well as another medical building in Lee's Summit.
