 Phil brings the most complete resumé of field and office experience possible. Celebrating his 32nd year with Fogel-Anderson Construction Co., Phil directs the daily path of the company through policy creation. Phil is also a Past President of the Kansas City Chapter of the Associated General Contractors, as well as providing his talents to the Builders' Association of Kansas City, The Heart of America Chapter of the Associated Builders and Contractors and numerous charitable causes. In addition to holding a Class A Contractor's License in Johnson County, Kansas, Phil is International Code Council Contractor exam-certified. |

 As the officer in charge of daily field activities, Phil brings the knowledge and savvy that comes with 44 years in the Kansas City construction sector. Phil was Project Director for the Harry S. Truman Sports Complex, as well as Project Director for the H. Roe Bartle Exhibition Center and a number of Parking Garages, prior to joining Fogel-Anderson Construction Co. Phil also holds a Class A Contractor’s License in Johnson County and is also International Code Council Contractor exam-certified. |

 A graduate of Missouri Western State College, Michael has been involved with the Estimating side of the industry since 1977. Michael is responsible for daily functions of the Estimating Department, as well as having responsibility for estimating certain select projects. Michael has particular expertise in conceptual estimating and budgeting. Michael is a long-time member of the American Society of Professional Estimators. |

 Tasked with providing all financial operations, including cash management, fixed assets, insurance, banking, payroll and accounts payable/receivable management, Jerry is also Fogel-Anderson Construction Co.’s MIS officer. Jerry has held membership in the Construction Financial Management Association for over 15 years. Holder of both a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and a Master’s in Business Administration, Jerry is a Certified Public Accountant in Kansas. Jerry has been involved in financial management in the construction industry in excess of 29 years. |
