This new 73,000 square foot full-service grocery store project consisted of a combination of cast-in-place concrete, steel roof structure, and load-bearing architectural pre-cast wall panels. Exterior finishes also included the use of an engineered metal panel fascia system. The interior was comprised of integrally-colored concrete floors, an open “dry-fall” ceiling system, and numerous under-slab mechanical and electrical service runs to coolers and specialty displays, which took extensive coordination. |
