An icon of quality steaks in the Kansas City Metro area, Hereford House selected Fogel-Anderson Construction Co. to  build the newest location to their growing domain.  The 8,100 square foot building is faced with brick and stone along with handsome concrete tile canopies.  The dining, and bar areas are filled with quality finish woodwork and everyone is greeted at the entry with a custom stained glass homage to their namesake.  The kitchen is completely state-of-the-art with custom food preparation, storage, and cooler/freezer equipment; as well as a custom, climate/humidity controlled, walk-in wine cellar.

NorthRock 14 Theatre

Architect: TK Architects, Inc.
Sq.Ft./Size: 14 Screen 0000 SF Theatre
Location: Wichita, Kansas
Delivery Method: General Contracting

Located in Wichita, Kansas, NorthRock 14 evolved from the Dickinson Theatre’s demographics that indicated an increasing demand for movie screens in the fast-developing North Wichita area. The existing six-plex was outdated and in need of renovation.

It was determined that fourteen additional screens, in a separate building, would meet the projected demand. The Design and Construction Team began the first phase of the Project - the renovation of the existing six-screen facility to update the building for code, appearance and state-of-the-art movie technology. While the construction work in and around the existing building was in full force (always keeping the six screens in operation), the Team endeavored to create a cost-effective, functional, life-cycle conscious new and separate facility that would be the forerunner of the movie industry's future.
