Located in Roeland Park, Kansas, this new facility was completed in June, 2005. The Project consisted of a 73,000 square foot full-service grocery store. The Project consisted of a combination of cast-in-place concrete, structural steel roof structure and load-bearing architectural pre-cast wall panels. Exterior finishes consisted of architectural pre-cast and a architectural metal panel fascia system. The interior was comprised of integrally-colored concrete floors, open dry-fall roof structure and many below-slab mechanical and electrical service runs to Coolers and specialty displays.
