The Project consists of a six-story, 113,000 square foot building, 113 feet in height. The Bank occupies the First, Second and part of the Sixth Floor, with the other floors available for lease. The building is cast-in-place, reinforced concrete frame, with architectural pre-cast panels and aluminum curtain walls comprising the "skin."
