Arbor Creek Villages

A Traditional Neighborhood Development, with the feel of Prairie Village, Kansas or Brookside, Missouri, is the focus of Tri-Star Development Co. in southwest Olathe, Kansas, a Kansas City suburb. Consisting of single-family homes, “Brownstone” townhouses and maintenance-free villas as the residential components, Tri-Star has included the potential of seven service and retail buildings on a 23-acre commercial site centered among the residential components. Fogel-Anderson Construction Co. has served as Construction Manager for the first five buildings, ranging in size from 7,500 square feet to 15,000 square feet. In lieu of National tenants, Tri-Star has opted for local tenants presenting a veterinary practices, a pizzeria, fitness center, bank, internal medical practice and more “neighborhood”-style services. All Projects were completed as a “Team” effort during planning, design and construction among Tri-Star Development, Fogel-Anderson Construction Co. and Designer Gastinger Walker Harden Architects.
